Rev. Frankjoseph Monte

Monte, Rev. Frank Joseph, 72, passed away on April 23, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Born in Brooklyn to Joseph and Anna Monte, he is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Marilyn Monte. A graduate of Drew University in New Jersey, he served several United Methodist Churches in New York City. Upon relocating to Orlando, he operated a successful real estate business, New York Realty. He was a proud father to Laura Beltran, Marc Monte and Melissa Allocca. He was Poppa to nine grandchildren; Jennifer, Matthew, Amanda, David, Daniel, Elizabeth, Alex, Harry, Zoe, and Great-Poppa to Gabriella. He is also survived by his brother, Steven Monte; one niece and two nephews. A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church, 142 E. Jackson Street in Orlando at 9:30AM on May 16 with the Rev. Tom McCloskey officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Church or Pet Alliance of Orange County.
