Mr. Robert Ratcliff Rollins, 73, passed away at his home in Orlando, Florida on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Robert was born on May 19, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents Robert Ratcliff Rollins, Sr. and Josephine Barbra (Heward) Rollins.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd., Orlando, FL 32822. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 PM.
