Robert Wayne Manley, Sr., age 73 of Orlando, passed away Thursday, July 30. He was born on April 25, 1936 in Lathrop, Missouri to Lawrence L. Manley and Francis Davis Manley. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife Frankie Louis Manley; daughter, Roxanne Rahbari; son, Robert Manley II; sister, Zackie Miller; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial with military honors will be held at 2PM Tuesday, August 4 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
