Rosa M. Brugueras

Rosa M. Brugueras, born on August 20, 1937, in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will resonate through the hearts of her family and friends.

Rosa is survived by her devoted daughter, Sandra Brugueras, and her caring son, Hector Brugueras Munoz. She was also a proud grandmother to Hector Antonio Villalon Brugueras and Kamilla Marie Gonzalez Brugueras; her sister, Luz Perez, son in laws, and several nieces and nephews who brought immense joy into her life.

Rosa married the love of her life, Hector Brugueras Reyes on March 21st, 1964 and were lovingly together until his passing on October 12, 1985. Rosa was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Rosario Perez Davilla, her father, Sergio Munoz Rodriguez, and her daughter, Veronica Maria Brugueras Munoz. Each of these individuals held a special place in her heart and contributed to the vibrant spirit that Rosa embodied throughout her life.

Friends and family are invited to honor Rosa's memory through a visitation scheduled for Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Winter Park, located at 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, FL 32792. A funeral service will be held the following day, August 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, also at Newcomer Funeral Home. Following the funeral service, Rosa will be laid to rest at Orlando Memorial Gardens in Apopka, which will commence at 2:50 PM on the same day, at 5264 Ingram Rd, Apopka, FL 32703.

Rosa’s compassionate nature, coupled with her unwavering dedication to her family, will always be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed.
