Rosa M. Rolon, a cherished member of her community and a beloved figure in the lives of her family, passed away on January 15, 2026, at AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital. She was born on September 23, 1945, in Comerio, Puerto Rico, and dedicated many years of her life to serving as an investigator for Social Security Insurance until her well-earned retirement.
Rosa was known for her caring nature, which extended to everyone she encountered. Her greatest joy was found in the lives of her nieces and nephews, who she adored deeply. They were truly her world, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.
A faithful communicant and parishioner of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Orlando, Rosa's faith played a central role in her life. She found solace and community within the congregation, where she fostered lasting relationships and contributed to the spiritual life of those around her.
In her leisure time, Rosa enjoyed the comfort of her home, where she found joy in watching television, particularly the series "Colombo." These moments of relaxation brought a smile to her face, reflecting her ability to find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
Rosa is survived by her sister-in-law, Joann Rolon; her nieces, Kristie Figueroa and Michelle Hernandez; and a host of great nieces and nephews: Angela, Esther, Joann, Yazmine, Jose, Jada, Kaleb, Christian, Isaiah, and Zayla. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on through them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Armando Rolon; her mother, Margarita Fontanez; and her brother, Armando Rolon. The memories they shared will always remain a treasured part of her family's history.
