Rosario "Reno" Fiumara & Grace Fiumara

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our parents.

Rosario “Reno” Fiumara passed on May 10th, 2025 at the age of 76. Reno was born on May 28th, 1948 in Serrata Calabria, Italy to Dominico and Maria Giuseppiana Fiumara.  

He was the youngest of 5 children; Maria Carmella, Maria Rosa, Maria Antionette, and Gilda Rita.

Grace Melillo Fiumara passed on May 14th, 2025 at the age of 76.  Grace was born on November 10th, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to Enrico “Harry” and Josephine Melillo.  Grace was an only child and the apple of her parents eye.

Reno and Grace met and became soulmates on Wall Street in New York.  They were married on September 26th, 1971 and raised a family in Howard Beach Queens, New York. Reno had a long and successful career at Delta Airlines where he became well known company wide for his excellent management skills. Grace excelled in her career as a registered nurse working for Seminole County Schools. She maintained her RN license through her entire life. Reno and Grace enjoyed retirement in Oviedo, Florida.

For 53 years, Reno and Grace were devoted to each other and their 5 children.  They were predeceased by their eldest son Dominick (December 19th, 2023).  They are survived by Daughter Larisa Mill, Husband Steven and sons Enrico, Wife Lauren, Michael, and John.  Also survived by 6 grandchildren Justina, Alissa, Alexander, Harrison, Giovanna, and Santino.  They will always remain in our hearts and thoughts and will be our guiding light. We love you mom and dad.
