In Loving Memory of Rosemary Kendall Kulp June 2, 2025

Rosemary Kendall Kulp passed away on June 2, 2025, following a brief, heroic, and intense battle with cancer. Born in Washington, D.C., to John Walter Kulp and Kristen Rosemary Horne Kulp, Rosemary was an extraordinarily strong woman, known for her wicked sense of humor and gift for meaningful conversation. To truly know her was to love her.

Professionally, Rosemary worked as an environmental health and safety specialist for 11 years. She dedicated her life to the protection of people and the planet, always selflessly ensuring the well-being of others.

She was the loving wife and partner of Jacob R. Mueller, beloved sister of Gregory Kulp, and cherished aunt to Ashton Kulp and Lincoln Kulp. Rosemary is also survived by her two dearest friends, Kristen Keller and Audrey Gutensohn, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, and her loving in-laws.

Rosemary inherited her grandmother’s passion for gardening and took great joy in cultivating her beautiful backyard. Her home flourished with plants and cuttings—each lovingly cared for. She found happiness in spending time with her husband and friends, sharing deep conversations, watching The Golden Girls, listening to a wide range of music, smoking cigars, and drinking whiskey. Most of all, Rosemary was ethereal—constantly creating new worlds and ideas through her writing and art.

A lifelong learner, she approached knowledge with curiosity and fearlessness. She was a voracious reader and reveled in exchanging ideas with those around her. Her eclectic interests reflected her vibrant spirit. Rosemary had a magnetic personality—outgoing, kind, and absolutely hilarious. Her heart was as big as her smile, and her laugh was unforgettable. She brought light into every room and left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

We love you, Rosemary. We will miss you more than words can ever express.
