Ruth Millard, 85 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 in Orange City, Florida. She was born on August 4, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio to Herman C. Latta and Irene Cribbs Latta who have both proceded her in death.
Ruth was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
She was also proceded in death by her husband, John J. Millard, Sr. in 2010 and is survived by her daughter, Brenda I. Finney; sons, John J. Millard, Jr., Thomas E. Millard and Daniel E. Millard; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Ruth was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
