Shelby Jean Cook

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Shelby "Jean" Cook on January 15th, 2024. A native of Charleston, WV, Shelby's warmth, and kindness left an indelible mark on the lives of many. She has now been reunited with her beloved husband of 62 years, James B Cook, and their daughter Kathy L. Lewis, who preceded her in death.

Shelby's legacy is a testament to love and family. As a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, she left an indelible impact on all fortunate enough to know her. Shelby is survived by her son Jeffrey W. Cook and daughters Debra A. Cook and Sherry L. Grisham.

The memory of Shelby will be cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who were blessed to be part of her life.
