Sherry Hytry

Sherry Hytry, born on November 7, 1962, in Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on February 28, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.

She was a loving wife and Dog Mom for the past 22 years. She met her husband Tom shortly after 9/11/2001 and on Valentine's Day 2004 they were married.

Sherry was a phlebotomist/lab tech by occupation and worked until shortly after marriage. She then retired and spent her time taking care of her husband and their pets. She loved the beach and her little red convertible Miata. You would often see her heading out for a day to Cocoa Beach whenever the weather suited her.

She also loved to travel and went many wonderful places with her husband. Caribbean cruises were her favorite.

She was taken too soon by pancreatic cancer. The fight was short as the diagnosis was in January of this year. The pain and suffering are over and she is now in a better place.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on March 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a pastor speaking at 2pm. Remembrance at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Orlando, located at 895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822.

Sherry will be remembered for the warmth and the joy she brought to those around her.
