Solfrid Louise Askey, 83, passed away on November 28, 2021. Solfrid is survived by her husband, John Askey III, of Orlando; Sister, Inger Risvand, of Norway; Todd Logan, of New Jersey. Solfrid has several cousins, nieces, and nephews in Norway and the USA.
Solfrid attended Fredtun School in Stavern, Norway. She was employed as a Travel Agent for many years before moving to Florida to deal with family concerns.
Solfrid is predeceased by her parents, Haakon & Ruth Torresen; son, John Askey IV; Granddaughter, Samantha; Brother, Yngvar.
Solfrid will be cremated at Newcomer Crematorium. No services will be held at this time.
