In Loving Memory of Stiliano Collaku

July 3, 1947 – September 11, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stiliano Collaku, 79, of Orlando, Florida, on Friday, September 11, 2026.  Stiliano was born on July 3, 1947, in Tirana, Albania, to Xhevat Collaku and Dhimitra Kristo, one of their four children. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sabire Collaku, whom he married on October 24, 1967; his daughter, Florinda Sermons, and her husband, James Sermons; his son, Dolor Collaku; and his beloved grandchildren, Justine and Justin. 

Stiliano was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather. He will be remembered for his strength, hard work, determination, laughter, jokes, smile, and generous heart. He dedicated his life to his family and worked tirelessly to provide them with the best life possible. 

After moving from Albania to the United States in 2004, Stiliano built a new life and proudly worked at Hyatt Hotel for 13 years before retiring. He was grateful for the opportunity to enjoy his family and grandchildren and to fulfill many of the dreams he had worked so hard to achieve. His greatest legacy is the love he gave his family and the example he left behind: work hard, dream big, never give up, and always love and protect your family.

Rest peacefully, Dad. You will forever live in our hearts, our memories, and the lives of the family you loved so deeply. Your legacy will live forever.

Memorial Gathering The family will gather to share memories and celebrate Stiliano’s life on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home – Winter Park Chapel, 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, FL 32792. Interment will follow at Queen of Angels Cemetery, Winter Park, Florida.
