Ted A. Marinitz

Theodore (Ted) Marinitz, age 89 passed away July 8, 2026. He was born in Reading, PA. to parents Ted and Merl Marinitz. Ted graduated from Lemone High School in 1955.

He served 3 years in the Air Force, where he was stationed in Japan for one of those years and made his way to Florida afterwards. He worked for Martin Marietta for 7 or more years. 

In 1964, he married Tonidean (Toni) Schmitz and they had 2 sons, Greg and Todd. Ted was one of 112 students to graduate in the first class of Seminole Junior College in May 1968. He lived in Winter Springs for over 30 years. Ted was self-employed as a printer and maker of rubber stamps, until he retired. 

Ted was preceded in death by his parents Ted and Merl Marinitz (PA). 

He is survived by his wife Toni Marinitz, sons Greg (Angel) and Todd Jason Marinitz (FL), a sister Dawn Mc Collum (PA), a nephew Mark (Nancy) Mc Collum (PA), and a niece Anne (Kirk) Cordon (DE).
