Teresa Aviles

Teresa Aviles, age 99, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Encore Assisted Living and Rehab in Orlando.

She was born on July 13, 1926 in Pajonal, PR, daughter to her late parents, Felix Colon and Irene Torres.

Teresa is survived by her, son, Benny Aviles, Jr. and his wife, Lydia; six grandchildren, Richard Aviles, Willy Aviles, Jr., Megan Valdivia, Benny Aviles, III, Liza Aviles, and Lory Marty; seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa Aviles, Jacob Valdivia, Brooklyn Aviles, Adam Valdivia, William Aviles, Katelin Caban, and Mia Gonzalez; and her daughter-In-law, Nidia Aviles.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Bienvenido Aviles; her second husband, Joaquin Santiago; and a son, Willy Aviles.

She will always be known and forever remembered as, "Everyone's Mama."

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando.

The family will receive friends and visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, July 18 at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, following the services.
