Thelma M. Slaughter-Gore, 87 of Chuluota passed away Sat. Sept. 5, 2009. She was born in Madison, MI and moved to Central Florida in 1958. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Triplett of Chuluota and Linda Riggs of Disney, OK; sister, Eleanor Hills of Holland, MI; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 in the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home.
