She was born on July 13, 1968 in Dunedin, FL. Tina is survived by her parents, John and Jacqulyn Puskas; and sister, Tracy Weisz.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Jack.
Visitation is Sunday May 14, 2017 from 4pm to 6pm with funeral service on Monday May 15, 2017 starting at 11am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
