Tootle, William Angus, age 88, of Lake Wales, passed away peacefully in his sleep.
William was born May 8,1938, the son of Edward Yancy and Alice Odessa Tootle, in Macon,
Georgia. Wiliam was proceeded in death by his beloved wife of 48 years Evelin Tootle.
William is survived by their children; William V (Diane) Tootle, Tammey A. Tootle,
grandchildren Tabatha (Stephen) Tootle-Carmichael, Terra Tootle, Hollie (Dennis) Hopper,
Kathryn (Daiki) Honjo, great-grandchildren Alexandra Tootle, William Carmichael, Dean
Hopper, Lily Honjo. William was a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, who
will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Visitation will be at 11:00 am and the funeral
services will begin at 12:30pm on Monday July 20, 2026 at the South Seminole Chapel of Newcomer
Funeral Home in Longwood.
