Richard Steven McNeece, 66, died 6/29/19 in Titusville, FL. Rich was funny, intelligent and extremely passionate about fishing, music, cooking, reading and baseball. He was a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of American. His career included sous chef for the InterContinetal Hotel and Circa Restaurants, before retiring from the New York City Board of Education as a regional food service supervisor. Prior to his culinary career, he was a certified paralegal and New York City tenant advocate.

Rich is predeceased by his parents, John and Eleanor McNeece and his brothers Jack and James McNeece. He is survived by his children: Kathryn McCagg of Brooklyn, NY and Patrick McNeece of Loxahatchee, FL; grandchildren: Vivienne McCagg, Cooper and Sawyer McNeece; siblings: Brian McNeece, Barbara Donoghue, Helen McNeece Lewis, Kevin McNeece, Michael McNeece, Steven McNeece; son-in-law: Theodore McCagg; daughter-in-law: Ashley McNeece; many sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; friends; and fishing buddies in both New York and Florida.
